What our clients say

★★★★★ 4.8 average from 6 reviews

Reviews from the committees, schools, villages and owners we prepare long-term maintenance plans for.

★★★★★August 2026

A practical 10-year property plan that lines up with how we budget. The online plan is easy for the board to follow. Would like a little more detail on the gym roof, otherwise excellent.

I have used Plan Heaven for more than forty of our buildings. Consistent, compliant plans every time, and committees find them easy to understand.
